May daze

Well, how should I put it? Life’s been getting in the way of blogging.
So many ideas yet so little time to act on them. I don’t want to completely shut down this here blog, but can’t seem to find the muse to update as I used to.

What have I been up to being too busy to write anything interesting? I’ve started working full-time now and that really takes a big chunk out of the time I used to have. Also, whenever the weather permits we’re out there with the bike. I never thought I’d have so much fun riding with ET, but it is a great way to escape the old rat race. I’m even thinking about maybe getting my own biking licence....ok, this would be a long way off. First I would have to find one that is small enough for me to reach the ground and second, it’s got to have some power ya know. I don’t want to be riding along in a scooter! Not my thang, unless it’s a cute little Vespa.

That’s about it....checking out the road quality and let me tell you, we have some bad roads here in Germany! I don’t know what happened in the past years, but they certainly haven’t been invested in the country roads. The autobahn maybe, but not the country roads. It’s pretty adventurous.

Anyway...May is here, spring is here and we have a lot of family Birthdays to celebrate (I love this month)....first off Mom, then comes Gisela, Miriam and last but not least Ushi. Happy, Happy Birthday to all!
