Garden shed update

ET has been hard at work on our garden shed and fence. He spent his vacation time working non-stop so we can be happy-go-grillers come summer! It is really coming along now. We did get help from family, we can always count on our trusty helpers when it comes to getting dirty in the garden or around the house!

It's amazing how many trips to the home depot store must be made before all the material is bought and schleppt into the yard. Imagine, all that stuff was hauled over here in our car! It must have been at least 30 bags of cement, lots of gravel, bricks and wood that mainly ET dragged (partly through the house) into the yard before any of this was built. Lately Saturdays are saved for the home depot store, it's almost like visiting a trusted friend...we feel quite at home there :)) Actually I'm just teasing, we are hoping that one day we will actually be finished with all the work and can enjoy some of it too.

There is plenty more to do, but I wanted to give a little account of what we've been up to. The sides need to be put up and painted, the door needs to be put in and the floor is also on our to-do list. Still lots to do...
